Allowing myself to express anger.
Don’t beat yourself up.

Forgiving myself and others who caused deep wounds.
I am no where near perfect but a combination of changing your lifestyle habits, counseling, and meditation have helped me find the light that was missing in my life.

You might not see immediate results or transformation.
But I guarantee that you will feel most of your burdens lift off of your shoulders and you will be better able to understand how to deal with some of life’s challenges. During the process, you might just find yourself again and feel free.
