Tell Yourself, “I Am Doing Enough.”

In life, we are all faced with challenges. We are faced with whether or not we will have a job the next day, whether our elderly ones will be around for the next five to ten years, whether or not we will have retirement, send our kids off to a good school that will educate them, and just making sure we are cleaning house and taking care of our significant others and children and loved ones. We just want to shut the bathroom door and cry at the end of the day because we are all tired and exhausted from living up to societal expectations. Then, we question our own worth. Am I doing enough? Am I doing it right? Am I sending my kids to the right school? Am I a good housekeeper? Am I good enough? The answer to your question(s) are you are doing enough. Close your eyes, take a deep breathe, and repeat to yourself silently or out loud, “I am doing enough.” If you find yourself again wondering whether or not I am doing enough just repeat today’s affirmation and say “I am doing enough.”
