1 pound lean ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black beans rinsed and drained
1 can of corn drained
1 can of pinto beans
1 (4 ounce) can of tomatoes with green chilies
1 can of red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 packet of reduced sodium taco seasoning
1 packet of ranch dressing mix
Brown ground beef in a skillet for 10-15 minutes. Drain off the fat.
Drain and rinse all cans of beans and corn except pinto beans.
Dump all ingredients into a crockpot and put on low and turn on high for one to two hours till dinner time.
Serve with sour cream, cheese, guacamole, or tortilla chips.
