Grilled Chicken Salad with Almonds


  • 4 oz. of grilled chicken
  • 1-2 cups of mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1 oz. almonds
  • 1 oz. fat-free feta cheese
  • 1-2 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette

Pita bread for garnish


Place mixed greens in a bowl. Wash and slice a few strawberries and mix into the mixed greens along with almonds. Slice the grilled chicken on top of the salad. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the top. Add the pita bread to garnish.
